Moving into the waning days of summer it’s natural to seek quiet.
Days shorten, Mother Earth prepares to rest.
Begin now to turn your attention toward self-care. Begin taking a few moments each day to visualize a calmer you.
Take a deep breath and sense into the connection that you have with Mother Earth. Are there ways that you can begin to deepen your relationship with her? How do you make a true connection to the Feminine roots of your being?
