Follow Your Luna See in 2018

Welcome to the art/life trail for 2018!

I’m so glad that you are electing to infuse yourself, your creative life and our world with a bit more ‘Luna-See’.

What we do here on the trail is track the natural, circadian, feminine rhythms moon by moon. We’re explorers, discoverers, pioneers and no two of us have exactly the same view of the path ahead.

To begin our walk this year I remind us that we can track our creative progress organically by following the natural cycles of the moon with our 8 petal process…

Eight Creative Petals blossom throughout each moon/month…following the moon of Natural/Circadian/Feminine Time

Each moon/month promotes creative growth and unfolding as we organically structure the best art/life possible.

Here is your reminder of how we align with Natural/Circadian/Feminine Time…I call it the ‘Luna See Recipe’.

The New Moons of 2018

Here’s the line-up: 1/16, 2/15, 3/17, 4/15, 5/15, 6/13, 7/12, 8/11, 9/9, 10/8, 11/7, 12/7

Here’s your recipe for Following the Moon while BEing a Luna-tic:

Seeding Vision: At the New Moon each month invest these three days as the time to set your intention and visualize your goal for the lunar month. Use sight and visualize the planting of your seed idea.

Sprouting: At the Crescent Phase invest three days watching how the root of your vision pushes down and the first fresh shoot reaches upward. Consider the patterns that feel functional and those that hold you back. Use your instincts, touch the earth. Open your senses to expansion and the growth of your vision.

Staking: At the First Quarter moon use the three days to take initiative and build structure. Feel and move, develop and express the way that your vision is generating you to take independent action. Reach out. Make a phone call, write a letter, journal, send an email, feel your vision flowing out to the world.

Blooming: At the Gibbous Phase (three days prior to the Full moon) lean into the higher levels of your creativity, reconsider your vision and adjust the seed idea with further visualization and creative stretching.

Fruit: At the Full Moon invest in the relationship that you now have with your vision. You are two weeks into learning about its unfolding. Listen to the Inner Guidance and become more aware of what pushes you forward while also listening with honesty to what wants to hold you back, dimming your light down, casting you into the shadows once again. Make a commitment to ripen fully.

Harvest: At the Disseminating Moon Phase (three days after the Full moon) consider the confidence that you have gained as you humbly take each step forward. Note the willingness to share your vision, to help to feed the vision of others and to support life itself now that your vision is in the harvest stage.

Leaves fall: At the Third Quarter Moon Phase it’s time to be very mature. Say ‘Thank You!’ Much has come since the cycle of 29.6 days started at the New Moon. The seed vision planted has now come to manifestation. Growth has occurred. You can instinctively align with what you have grown.

Bare branches: It’s the Balsamic Phase, the last three days before the next New Moon. This is the monthly three days when retreat and journey into the womb-cave prepare you for the next walk. Now you can begin to dream the deeper dream for the coming month’s vision. Rest and allow space to surround. Commune with the Ancestors and the elements as you hold your seed idea/vision close to your heart.

Circle around and begin again…

I’m so glad that you are here…on the art/life trail following your ‘Luna See’.

Lookin’ UP^
