The ninety days that make up this natural quarter of the year provide the time to mine the gold deep within YOUR roots. Twelve weeks for reconnecting to yourself, twelve weeks to rest in stillness (even if only for 15 minutes a day),\u00a0 twelve weeks for recreating a deep connection to your fondest dream, twelve weeks for regenerating a relationship with the True Nature of you, twelve weeks for recommitting to something bigger than yourself, twelve weeks to take responsibility to relate to something greater than yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Stepping through the portal into the new year it makes sense to review <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">where you&#8217;ve come from since last year at this time. <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">(<strong><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.donnaionadrozda.com\/lifecycle\/the-journey-continues\/\">here&#8217;s a link<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong> to last January with some perennial tools to apply<\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">)\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Keep in mind that from the winter solstice in December until the spring equinox in late March there is ample opportunity to consider the foundation that you&#8217;ve built with your unique creative energy.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080; font-size: 32px;\">My Short Story<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">I thought it would be interesting to make a list of the major ways in which my creative energy flowed during 2021. The exercise was quite revealing, mainly because I seem to forget and let go as I move forward. The exercise made me thankful that I keep a paper weekly\/monthly planner on my desk. This calendar allows me to turn a page, see what happened last week, turn a page toward what is being visualized three months from now. It was helpful to sit down and flip through the 52 weeks of 2021 and to make a note of those <em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=G4QCA3qfdTc\">accomplishments<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/em> that could have easily been forgotten in the rush forward. The word rush is important here. We tend to move quickly from here to there. I intend to remind myself and you that life is not in a hurry. It&#8217;s worth repeating: <\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">LIFE IS NOT IN A HURRY<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">I have learned this valuable lesson often and beautifully.
