As we move out of the Growth Challenge moon\/month we turn toward August where we engage our 30 Day Trust<\/strong> Challenge on the Natural Calendar. <\/span><\/h4>\n

Trust, and the idea of trusting our self, others, and life is a tricky-wicket for many of us! As a creative exercise consider making a Trust commitment. Take a moment to write into your journal where you are experiencing self-doubt and where you are willing to open to the peace of Trust.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Notice the way in which your commitment to moving forward and blossoming is often deeply compromised by self-doubt. That is important to this month’s challenge. As we name what works against our willingness to Trust, as we write down our thoughts about the obstacles that stop our growth and curtail our love of life those very obstructions lose power and the 30 Day Trust Challenge opens to opportunity…it’s natural!<\/span><\/h4>\n

So let’s all be as honest as we can. Let’s admit that lack of Trust can bring up deeply hidden resistance. Throughout this moon\/month be curious! We’ll use journal prompts and techniques for getting courageous as the 30 days unfold.<\/span><\/h4>\n
