Welcome to this week\u2019s trail ride\u2026this is our second week in September the month of Love .<\/span><\/h4>\n

It\u2019s a fine time to share this image of me at seven\u2026in Love with life\u2026pictured here with my first piece of \u2018official\u2019 art made in second grade shop class. We picked out our pattern, drew it onto the wood, cut it out with a jigsaw, nailed the base and applied colored pencil details. \u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

W O W what power to make!<\/span><\/h4>\n

My\u00a0little pony was created the year I discovered that I would be an artist all my life. What made that clear was that my second grade teacher asked for a volunteer to paint three large cardboard cutouts of bears for the school play of \u2018Goldilocks and the Three Bears\u2019. I raised my hand and the rest is herstory, the act of painting large and seeing the results of my effort up on stage was thrilling beyond words. \u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

In Goldilocks there is a \u2018just right\u2019 piece to the story. And this week in our jaunt along the trail we\u2019ll explore how that can look in the art\/life.<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0A just right art\/life\u2026now there\u2019s a path…not to hot\/not to cold<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

There are two points in the year when we find conditions are simply \u2018just right\u2019 for making shifts and initiating changes.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Today I share the format that keeps me and many others in our tribe on track. I invite, indeed I ask, that you join me in the weeks ahead.<\/strong> Let\u2019s take on the challenge that brings your \u2018just right\u2019 art\/life center stage. Let\u2019s transform your Future Self and what she stands for. Let\u2019s look out to the six months ahead\u2026that’s a manageable stretch.<\/span><\/h3>\n

I\u2019m enlisting our trail ride this week to open this six month span of space wide. Doing so will pay great dividend as we continue along the trail through the fall and winter coming full circle into spring.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Let me formally introduce you to<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0\u2018TOOLS FOR CHANGE\u2019<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Like you, I recognize the insanity of our culturally induced rat race.<\/strong> I am here to remind us all that there is a way to push the pause button and take a deep breath.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Over the past five years I\u2019ve created and I am slowly beginning to share a series of four distinct e-Studios. These are not classes but rather on-line conference call communities. In each of the four e-Studios we explore creative and natural ways to push pause and then align with the natural energies occurring on that segment of the natural wheel of the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

In making a shift from the harshness of the rush lane<\/span><\/h4>\n

onto the quiet path of making a peaceful life<\/span><\/h4>\n

We create a difference in our self, in the lives of those near and dear to us and by extension\u2026 we make subtle or not-so-subtle evolutionary meaning in the world.<\/span><\/h4>\n

\"Reflection,<\/a><\/p>\n

Since we\u2019re all on the planet and we\u2019re all rushing more that we want to be let\u2019s assess the situations and circumstances that can pitch us into the bushes. We can look at the art\/life through the lens of the physical, emotional and\/or intuitive\/spiritual areas of engagement\u2026pick one and then\u2026<\/span><\/h4>\n

Take a moment and ask a few questions\u2026score yourself using a scale of 0 -10…<\/span><\/h4>\n

0 represents no association<\/span><\/h4>\n

5 will suggest that issues with the quality come and go<\/span><\/h4>\n

10 will indicate that you are ruled by the condition<\/span><\/h4>\n

If you happen to be overpowered by life, if you feel under expressed in your creative voice and if your days are basically confused your numbers will be higher than if these qualities don\u2019t impact you much right now.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Okay\u2026the inquiry begins: Am I:<\/span><\/h4>\n

Overpowered by my life: <\/strong>Am I feeling the \u2018overwhelm crunch\u2019?<\/span><\/h4>\n
